These new courses offer an exciting approach building on Phil's skills in sequencing yoga postures and breath integration.

These four week terms will cover Ying warm up practices with postures being held for longer periods and each lesson will feature a challenging Yang vinyasa.

These are challenging courses both physically and emotionally. 

The approach is through mindful breath work and Phil's talent to put together sequences which invigorate and raise insight.

The course is limited to 8 students.
