These Hatha Yoga classes are structured into monthly terms. Although a drop facility is possible to gain the maximum benefit it is recommended that you attend all classes for each term Much of the yoga taught in the west is almost all 'Yang' ie muscular in its approach. The 'Yin aspect of Yoga which used yoga to stretch connective tissue is very seldom taught. Theses weekly yoga classes explore a balanced approach to physical and mental health. |
